Al mismo tiempo, se minimizan el apelmazamiento de las paredes y los residuos de producto. Las funciones inteligentes del equipo facilitan la transferencia segura del producto a través de un molino húmedo al lecho fluido, evitando la intervención del operario. Para formulaciones más antiguas, ya registradas, está disponible un impulsor tradicional de 3 palas.
Nuestra tecnología está disponible en ejecución de accionamiento superior (HTG) o inferior (HBG). Ambos comparten la misma geometría, por lo que no existen diferencias de proceso entre el accionamiento superior y el inferior, logrando resultados uniformes de alta calidad. El diseño de la Gentlewing y el picador vertical permiten una alta variabilidad de lotes del 20 – 80 %.
Dependiendo de las características de sus productos y de la disposición de su planta, puede elegir entre diferentes opciones de carga: neumáticamente por vacío continuo o intermitente o alternativamente por llenado por gravedad. Anton van Leeuwenhoek ([ˈɑntɔn vɑn ˈleːuənɦuk]) (Delft, 24 October 1632-Delft, 26 August 1723), known as the “father of microbiology”, was a Dutch merchant who was also the first to make observations and discoveries with microscopes that he himself perfected. One can see how the good Leeuwenhoek never tires of poking everywhere as far as his microscope would reach, and if a good many others much wiser had devoted the same effort, the discovery of beautiful things would go much farther.[13]
